The Vancouver Economic Commission (VEC) helps businesses in Vancouver thrive. They go on international trade missions and introduce potential investors to what Vancouver and its sectors have to offer. They need to provide information that is fresh, relevant and of interest to investors.

Solution

The new collateral provides a fresh perspective and a departure from the last business and investment guide. A 100 page beauty book was designed to showcase Vancouver's successful sectors and what the focus will be over the next 5 years – a city famous for its green initiatives. The look and feel is fresh using transparent clean colours in blue and green to give the impression of modernity, progress and clean nature.

We also wanted the guide to last as long as possible and given how fast information can change, inserts were designed to be updated whenever needed, found slipped into the back the of the book.
